Flexibility and Mobility sessions at Christchurch Rowing Club

Matt Haynes is running 2 early morning ‘Flexibility and Mobility’ sessions on Tuesdays in June at Christchurch Rowing Club - from 7.00 to 7.45 AND 8.00 to 8.45.

Matt has seven years’ experience as a qualified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor. He is  also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist. See www.matt-haynes.com

The Rowing Club lounge is a fantastic room with glass overlooking the river and plenty of natural light from the rising sun. There is also free parking.

Stretching correctly, along with specific exercises, helps all ages and body types to have more energy and improved range of movement.

Body movements include neck, shoulder, back, wrists, forearms, core and legs. These are relevant for a lot of activities including cycling, kayaking and life!

The cost is only £5 and you simply wear loose clothing for these 45 minute ‘no sweat’ sessions. You are welcome to just turn up and join in.

I have been doing the sessions with him – it’s a great way to start the day!
